Most of our projects are from our regular clients which vary between, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and sometimes we are requested to travel up north to places like Cairns, or even more places like Roma. Residential/industrial/commercial roof projects can span anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the scale and intricacy of the property. Smaller projects with simpler roofing systems may be wrapped up relatively quickly, whereas more extensive facilities—like shopping centers or industrial warehouses—often require additional time. Our team performs a thorough assessment to develop a customised timeline, minimising disruptions to your daily operations. Close collaboration with your schedule ensures we accommodate any specific requirements, while careful planning and adherence to safety and quality protocols allows us to complete each project efficiently, without compromising on workmanship.

This is only likely to occur in roof replacement scenarios, however most of the time your day-to-day operations can continue as usual, although some disruptions may occur. Factors like roof size, job complexity, and the nature of your business influence how much of an impact you’ll experience. Arden Projects takes strategic steps to minimize downtime by collaborating with other trades when needed and implementing robust safety measures to protect everyone on-site. If temporarily closing specific areas is unavoidable, we’ll coordinate with you well in advance to ensure a seamless experience. Our objective is to deliver top-quality installation while keeping your operations running smoothly.

If you’re not happy with the result

• Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue, and let us know what’s wrong so we can assess the problem with you.​

• We will inspect the roof, explain what’s happening in plain language, and, where the issue is related to our workmanship or materials, organise repairs or adjustments within a reasonable timeframe at no additional cost to you, in line with Australian consumer guarantees.​

If the issue still isn’t resolved

• If you still have concerns after we have attempted to fix the problem, we will escalate your case to a senior team member to review the work and discuss further options with you, which may include additional remedial work.​

• You also have rights under Queensland building and consumer laws, which may allow you to pursue formal dispute resolution or a complaint process if a satisfactory outcome cannot be achieved, but our goal is always to resolve things directly and fairly with you first.
